Garlic Soup – Stronger Than Antibiotics

Garlic was shown to have more effect than the two most known antibiotics, said by the study at the University of Washington

The combined effects on reducing cholesterol and blood pressure, as well as the antioxidant properties, may reduce the risk of common brain diseases like Alzheimer’s disease and dementia. It contains antioxidants that protect against cell damage and aging.


Garlic Soup
  • 50 cloves of garlic ( peeled and cleaned)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme ( chopped)
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 large minced red onions
  • 6 cups of chicken soup ( only a base)
  • 1 bunch herbs ( parsley, thyme, bay leaves)
  • 3 cups old bread (cubes)
  • 1 cup fatty sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons of butter


You need to heat the oven at 180 degrees. Cut off 1/3 of the garlic. Wrap it with olive oil in an aluminum foil. Bake it in the oven for 90 minutes and let it cool off.

Heat the olive oil (tablespoons) and butter in a pot. Stew the onions for 10 min. Squeeze the garlic and insert in the stewed onions. Mix all of it and add the thyme, chicken soup and insert the herbs.

Reduce the temperature, add the bread and leave it to simmer for 5 min until the bread is soft.

Remove the herbs and put all of the mixes in the blender until the mixture is creamy. Return it to the pot and add the sour cream and salt if you want. The soup is ready!
